Hibernation Mode

The KickEX exchange has been placed in hibernation mode, as it cannot continue operational activities without a license. Investors have invested enough, but El Salvador, the most crypto-friendly regulator, has not issued a license to the exchange for two years. Each time, it requires more and more papers and documents, followed by a 20-day pause. As a result, investors have lost faith that the license will ever be issued.

Therefore, the exchange is now sleeping. Work on obtaining the license will continue, and if the license is ever issued, the exchange may be restored.

All users who came to the exchange for a refund within the last three months have been refunded in full. There are a few people left who have coins stuck in old chains that are no longer supported anywhere else— the exchange will work with them individually.

Meanwhile, the exchange is looking for new investors or buyers. Since 2021, several years have passed, and the technologies on which the exchange was created have been tested and proven. The mobile applications are still relevant, despite the fact that no one has developed them for over a year. This development cost millions of dollars, and we are confident that sooner or later the exchange will find new owners.
